An interesting grouping of humans. They have been known to dress in formal wear to the beach , and a clown outfit to a formal occasion. Other Beko ignore such clothing ideas as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened.
Their area, odd-shaped by apparently an incursion from The Wind, covers; Columns L through R, and Sectors 6 though 14.
Some surivors of pirate attacks near the border with Beko have claimed the clown suits are not clothing…
Tech Level 12 – 13.
Crelon, capital city, downport area. The housing next to the hospital is for the staff.

Each planet’s government varies. At least the Tek says they do. Not all planets in this area are open to non-Tek. They are classified as human. They have never been seen to smile by anyone not a Tek. Many wear face masks when around non-Tek.
The Tek embrace technology. An unknown number have voluntarily become cyberized like some of the main characters in the Anime ‘Ghost in the Shell’.
Their area is almost triangular; Columns L through R, and Sectors 1 through 5.
Tech Level 11-12. Apparently no one has sold them any Tech Level higher, not even through the ‘Vague Channels’.
