I tried to use obvious symbols for stables and placed them next to Inns. The rest of the buildings are very generic.

Hi and welcome to my Crest of a Star site ! This site is my first edition AD&D materials.
I have added to the maps, people, etc. since I bought Campaign Cartographer 2 around 23 or so years ago. I now have CC3+ and all of its add-ons.

Note the large slum area to the lower right.
Two temples to the upper right.

The Charoo People arrived at about the same time as The Chalan People. They are not related. The Charoo herd deer and raise mountain grouse.
Elders speak of a red sun in the day time sky in the lands they once lived. Many have to wear eye shields so they can see. Somewhat like wood eye covers with small narrow horizontal slits in them the tundra peoples use to prevent snow blindness.
basic look for males and females. The woman is dressed for deer herding duties. That means the spear and hat.

Make up the second, and part of the third, wave of immigration into what is now Trillolara and Dank Forest areas.
Hair and eye color varies. Appropriate clothing is added in winter by them.

They live near glaciers and on the tundra areas in the south. Some prefer to be called Ice Eaters.
They dislike evil intensly. They are friends with good humans, elves, and halflings. However, there are no records in cities of Trillolara and Dank Forest that halflings ever went this far south. So sages there don’t know how the Snow People encountered halflings. Note that not all roads cross through Trillolara and Dank Forest. Something sages there don’t all remember.
